  • Usage may be measured according to X1's applicable account, subscription, entitlement, or metering policies. Attempts to degrade service for others are prohibited.
  • Device activations are limited to the number specified by your plan. Attempts to exceed activation limits will be rejected.
  • Storage and bandwidth usage must remain within reasonable limits for your subscription tier.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor usage of the Services to ensure compliance with this AUP. We may:

We aim to apply proportionate responses based on the severity, intent, and impact of the violation. Repeated minor violations may escalate to more severe consequences.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any activity that violates this AUP, please report it immediately through:

  • The Platform's built-in support system.
  • Email: abuse@Lsiintelligence.com

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Reports may be submitted anonymously, though providing contact information helps us follow up effectively.

8. Vulnerability Disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability in the Platform, we encourage responsible disclosure:

  • Report vulnerabilities to security@Lsiintelligence.com.
  • Provide sufficient detail to reproduce the issue.
  • Do not exploit the vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it.
  • Do not access, modify, or delete other users' data.
  • Allow us reasonable time to address the issue before public disclosure.

We commit to acknowledging reports within 48 hours and working to remediate confirmed vulnerabilities promptly. We will not pursue legal action against good-faith security researchers who comply with this disclosure policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
