- Account Registration Data: Full name, email address, password (hashed), account type (PPO or enterprise), company name, job title, phone number, industry, company size.
- Profile Information: Signup profile details including reason for interest, referral source, requested tools, and use case descriptions.
- Payment Information: Billing and transaction information necessary to process purchases, maintain subscriptions, prevent fraud, and comply with financial obligations. Full payment instrument details are handled by authorized payment processors.
- Support Communications: Messages and requests submitted through our support system.
- Terms Acceptance: Record of your acceptance of our Terms of Service, including the timestamp and version accepted.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

We retain data for as long as X1 determines is reasonably necessary or legally appropriate to provide the Services, administer accounts, protect X1, enforce agreements, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, preserve evidence, and support security or operational needs. Retention periods may vary by data type, account status, legal requirement, business need, and risk profile.
- Account Records: Retained as needed for account administration, entitlement management, support, compliance, dispute handling, and business continuity.
- Transaction Records: Retained as needed for tax, financial, contractual, anti-fraud, and accounting obligations.
- Operational Records: Retained as needed to operate, secure, improve, investigate, and defend the Services.
- Support Communications: Retained as needed for support continuity, dispute resolution, compliance, and service protection.
When X1 determines data is no longer required, it may be deleted, de-identified, aggregated, restricted, archived, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law and X1's legitimate business interests.

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data and the Services. For security reasons, X1 does not publicly disclose detailed internal security architecture, tooling, configurations, infrastructure, or operational procedures.

- Monitoring and review mechanisms intended to identify suspicious or unauthorized activity.
- Operational controls designed to support confidentiality, integrity, availability, and resilience.

Despite these measures, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for breaches resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Your Rights

10. Children's Privacy
